Terms of Service

Official terms

By accessing or using Desejo, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. These terms should be read together with the official Desejo Terms of Service, effective July 24, 2026. Read the complete official Terms of Service before registering, purchasing or using the platform. The official terms govern the service, subject to mandatory law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Eligibility and accounts

The service is for people aged 18 or older who have legal capacity to enter the agreement. Minors may not register, access or use it even with parental permission. Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account as set out in the official terms.

AI characters and generated content

Desejo offers AI characters, conversations, stories, images, videos and related creation tools. Characters are fictional and responses are generated by AI. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or similar to others’ outputs. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Evaluate outputs before relying on them. Features may change, be suspended or discontinued under the official terms.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain rights granted by law in content you submit. The official terms grant Desejo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, reformat, display and transmit that content only to the extent necessary to provide and operate the service. Submit only content you have the right to use, and respect others’ intellectual property and privacy. The service’s software, branding and other proprietary materials remain with their owners.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, exploitative, harassing or harmful activity. Do not upload malicious code, bypass security or access controls, access others’ accounts without authorization, impersonate people or manipulate rewards and transactions. Unauthorized scraping, copying, resale and reverse engineering are restricted as set out in the official terms, subject to applicable law. Violating content may be removed and access restricted or terminated.

Payments, subscriptions and virtual benefits

Review the price, taxes, billing period, renewal and cancellation details, credits and refund conditions displayed at purchase. The official terms generally treat completed digital-service and virtual-benefit transactions as non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights are not waived. Credits are not legal tender or bank deposits; transfers and conversions are limited to what the service permits.

Ending use and resolving issues

You may stop using the service or request account closure using the account settings described by the official terms. Access may be limited or terminated for violations, risks or legal requirements. Contact in-app support about service or payment issues. Mandatory legal protections continue to apply.

Changes and contact

The official terms explain how material changes are communicated and when updated terms apply. Use in-app support or official channels for questions. The Help Center remains available.

Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, security, freedom from errors or accuracy of generated results. To that extent, Desejo and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, reputation or business opportunities. Under the official terms, total liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim and US$100. These exclusions and limits apply only where lawful and do not override mandatory consumer protections.

Disputes and general provisions

The governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of the official Terms of Service apply. Parties should first seek a good-faith resolution through in-app support. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to exercise a right does not waive it.
